Grandpa and Grandma have been busy this month. Two round trips to Pasco and Connell with the cattle trailer have meant plenty of time with Emily, Rachel and John. Now we are going to stay put for awhile and get ready for the holidays.

Nothing is sweeter than candy corn, except candy corn coated in white chocolate. I make this and give it to my granddaughters before we can start noshing on it.
two microwave bags of popcorn, or a large kettle full,
four ounces of melted white chocolate
and a bag of candy corn.
Mix in a mixing bowl and spread on foil to cool.
It is simple, quick and soooo rich.
